We are looking for a tech savvy individual to champion NMS’ digital marketing initiatives. You will be a critical member in the digital marketing team in realising NMS’ digital strategy through working with multiple stakeholders, where you can look forward to being involved firsthand in digital marketing product creation, development and management, bringing new digital experiences to life for our audiences in both the physical and online worlds in a fun and insightful manner. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance digital awareness and engagement of the museum and its offerings and help scale the museum towards mass-personalisation marketing.
- Manage the National Museum of Singapore, Changi Chapel and Museum as well as Reflections at Bukit Chandu websites, overseeing the design and development of any other new system requirements that may affect the websites, particularly integration of CMS (Sitecore) and CRM systems.
- Lead in digital project management and work with external vendors and internal teams during project and content development, as well as the management of post project follow through such as maintenance and data analysis of results against agreed outcomes. This includes execution of the digital marketing projects for exhibitions and programmes, conducting UX design validation and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a positive overall user experience.
- Manage media buying and creative agencies on delivering digital campaigns, and monitor effectiveness, finance management and develop contingency strategies when required.
- Manage digital marketing software, produce analytic reports on digital marketing performance across projects to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.
Requirements
- Preferably at least 3-5 years of relevant experience particularly in digital marketing and communications
- Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills, able to multi-task, and has experience in project management and preferably in government procurement as well
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML & website content development, familiarity with SiteCore CMS, Adobe Experience Cloud, Matterport 3D and relevant 3D AR/VR tools a strong plus
- Experience in the implementation and maintenance of interactive and immersive technologies will be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in the Arts and Heritage Sector
