This is a 1-year contract position as a Senior Manager / Manager, Partnerships in the CET Academy.
[What you will be working on]
The Senior Manager / Manager, Partnerships will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships and driving corporate engagement with organisations seeking to invest in the professional development of their employees. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the lifelong learning, adult education and corporate training landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that enhance the institution's presence in the adult education market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and community organisations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with institutional priorities.
Collaborate with programme development teams to design and tailor training solutions that meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
Present and communicate the value proposition of our adult education programmes to corporate decision-makers.
Manage the lead conversion process to ensure a high conversion / closure / application rate.
Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for corporate audiences.
Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and industry forums to enhance networking opportunities.
Represent the institution at relevant conferences and forums to showcase our capabilities and foster relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the adult education and corporate training sector.
Analyse competitor offerings and market demands to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve the conversion / closure / applications and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue opportunities to engage corporate clients for adult continuing education and training programmes.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and business development activities.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
[What we are looking for]
At least 4 years working experience in the areas of Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate sales and partnership management within the adult education and training sector.
In-depth knowledge of the adult education landscape in Singapore.
Robust, outgoing people person who prefers to self-introduce than be introduced.
Proactive go-getter with strong growth mindset.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
