[What you will be working on]

Course Intake and Catalogue Management in STEP

• Course intake configuration

• Catalogue configuration

• Maintain and update course runs

Training resources

• Oversee inventory control and procurement of MLG, assessment papers, props

• Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels to meet demand

Document Management

• Weekly closing of course runs

• Verification of assessment documents and results

• Validation of attendance

• Organise and storage of documents

Management of Adjunct Trainers

• Issuance, renewal & cessation of contracts

• Onboarding/orientation of Trainers

• Soft booking of trainers for training deployment

Administrative Support

• Create application for CA/CE submission in TPG

• Prepare TRAQOM reports

These key responsibilities may be subject to review and adaptation to facilitate the implementation of new processes and changes, as needed, to enhance organisational efficiency and excellence.

[What we are looking for]

• Demonstrated experience in administrative support or related roles.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in utilising the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in response to shifting priorities and deadlines.

[What you will be working on]

·        Contribute to AMIC’s strategic planning towards achieving the KPIs.

. Support AMIC and work towards meeting the key performance indicators & deliverables and project milestones.

·        Implement and follows through new innovation projects engagement with industry.

·        Execute project to ensure timelines, budget and deliverables are adhered to.

·        Contribute actively in professional developmental activities such as industrial engagement and collaboration projects.

·        Support resource planning and schedules to ensure successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and timely completion of projects.

·        Support industry AM adoption, capabilities development, growth, technical disclosure, licensing and industry proof of concept projects.

·        Leverage on past industry experience and exposure to provide new industry leads for engagement.

·        Organise and run competitions, workshop and training to meet industry outreach and training deliverables.

[What we are looking for]

• Working experience minimum 2 years in Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing, Design for Additive Manufacturing

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent team player
• Able to learn on the job, work independently, multi-task and perform under pressure
