[What the role is]
You will be playing an active role in the academic, professional, and personal development of the learners to prepare them for work and life. This includes development of Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education & Training (CET) teaching/curriculum, course and programme delivery and working on industry projects. You must possess a passion for working with youths and adult learners.
[What you will be working on]
Develop course including curriculum development, course delivery (face-to-face & online) and project supervision.
Prepare and grade assessments and supervise learners in their daily course work.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS), execute interactive digital tools (e.g. Kahoot, Mentimeter) and conduct online lessons using Zoom / Teams etc.
Support learners in the area of pastoral care and guidance.
Support the school’s strategic initiatives through involvement in committee work and projects.
Spearhead and identify new opportunities, initiatives and collaborations with the industry.
Manage and undertake project development with industry.
[What we are looking for]
Candidates should possess a relevant qualification in Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant work. Candidates with experience in conducting clinical trials, especially those listed in the areas below are preferred:
