Accounts cum Admin Executive
Salary : $3,000 - $3,800
Working hour : Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm
Location : Bukit Batok
Job Description:
* Manage full-spectrum accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoice issuance, payment tracking, and GST compliance.
* Reconcile financial records, prepare monthly financial reports, and assist with budgets and cash flow statements.
* Oversee office administration, including procurement, document filing, and coordination with external vendors.
* Process customer orders, coordinate service schedules, and address service-related issues with clients and the operations team.
* Support management by preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Provide backup support for administrative staff and respond to inquiries related to accounting, administration, or customer orders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Proven experience in an Accounts or similar role.
* Familiarity with Singapore’s tax submission.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
