Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle FIT/GIT bookings
- Build and maintain long term relationships with airlines, overseas suppliers etc
- Coordinate with airlines and issuing of Air-Tickets
- Coordinate and confirm land and hotel arrangements
- Generate budget, invoices and exchange orders
- Support Product Executive/Manager in all ways
- Assisting in doing Sales kit
Requirements:
- Only for Singaporean
- 3 years of relevant experiences in Travel Industry with knowledge of Abacus - Ticketing
- Good knowledge of tour products and tour leading
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong sense of initiative and teamwork
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking client
