Responsibilities:
♦ Administering contracts, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and preparation of tender and contract documentation.
♦ Sourcing supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
♦ Tracking all project costs, variation orders, and other expenses.
♦ Evaluating progress payment and variation orders, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and processing variation orders.
♦ Preparing progress and final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
♦ Undertaking other quantity surveyor-related tasks and duties assigned by the manager/director.
Requirements:
►Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
►Ability to work independently and willingness to work under pressure.
►Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
►At least 5 years of experience in the related field and the construction industry.
