Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise with sub-contractors, HDB, Town Council, consultant and residents.
• Customer Relationship Management: Interact with residents to maintain good relationship and receive feedback from them.
• Roster Management: Assign Site Supervisor to attend joint inspection.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports
• Provide admin support to the project team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Diploma or ‘A’ Level with 2 subjects passed
• Possess WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer relation works and fair construction knowledge would be an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a HDB BTO project
• Effectively bilingual

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works.
• Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
• Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
• Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
• Supervising the interior fit out works, coordination with sub-contractors.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum possess at CGE O Level / relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field. Experience in HDB BTO projects is an advantage
• Must be WAH Supervisor / BCSS
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in architectural works
• Able to work independently and in a team

• Assisting in the identification of client’s needs and conducting feasibility studies to make sure their proposals work.
• Preparing and analyzing project costings to tenders. This includes materials, labor, and time.
• Preparing tender and contract documents with the client and/or architect, including bills for quantities
• Negotiating contracts and work schedules
• Assigning work to subcontractors
• Overseeing subcontractor’s work during construction.
• Advising clients on a procurement strategy
• Identifying, analyzing, and responding to commercial risks
• Providing advice on disputes and claims under a contract
• Analyzing the results and creating detailed progress reports
• Valuing completed work, monitoring bills, and organizing payments
• Keeping informed about the various building contracts currently in use
• Understanding the consequences of safety and health regulations.
• Measuring distances between reference points to locate boundaries and other important features of land and water.
• Recording survey results, comparing them to previous records and verifying data accuracy
• Presenting survey results to government agencies or other clients
• Assisting cartographers, architects, and construction managers with the construction of maps and new construction project designs
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
