Job Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute a Strategic Marketing Plan for the school

• In consultation with relevant stakeholders, develop a plan outlining how the school will promote itself with the aim of increasing intake numbers whilst maintaining a competitive edge.

Analyse Marketing Data

• Track, analyse and report on the impact of all marketing and outreach activities.
• Look for ways to better engage with prospective students.
• Evaluate competitors, compile and share industry trends, identify new market opportunities.

Develop Marketing Collateral

• Review collateral for print and digital media ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines; evaluate its effectiveness.

Handle External Communications and Job Placements

• Build relationships by engaging with industry partners, alumni, media, and vendors to promote the school.
• Source and secure job placements/internships opportunities

Minimum Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• 2 years institutional sales experience

Job Scope:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and in-person events
• Understand the individual needs, goals, and learning styles of potential customers to recommend suitable courses
• Deliver persuasive presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of the courses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Track sales performance and providing regular reports to management

Job Scope:

• Provide and manage administrative support to the daily school operation
• Continually enhance the administrative systems and processes in the school in consultation with the Academic Director and management team
• Prepare student contract; P-files, collect course fees, etc in accordance with CPE guidelines
• Provide support in preparation of teaching materials to students and teachers
• Track attendance for all students
• Prepare monthly attendance reports and annual returns

• Conduct module, course and graduate surveys and tabulate survey results and outcomes

We are seeking for experience Art Teacher to create and conduct art classes to children and adults of all ages including Diploma in Art teaching and design.

The role requires a dynamic, fast paced individual, who is comfortable working in an experience environment.

Responsibilities:

• Able to facilitate and educate participants in the principle of Art and its techniques
• Able to encourage participants to express themselves through Art and maximise every participant's potentials
• Conduct and facilitate art learning in a small group setting
• Create a conducive enviroment which enhances learning by engaging and interacting with the participants
• Ensure Safe Management Measures such as screening, hygiene, cohorting and safe distancing are strictly followed

• At least a Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Design or related fields.

· Ensure the curriculum is up to standards of teaching and relevant at all times.

· Develop standards to ensure the quality of every course to be offered in the areas of:

· Select and approve teacher/s for deployment to teach each course by assessing that he/she has the minimum qualifications and experiences including criteria prescribed in the Private Education Regulation Clause 26.

· Approve all major examination or assessment papers about each course’s syllabus and objective.

· Develop procedures for :

a. Security of the examination scripts and answer scripts

b. The proper conduct of examinations or assessments

c. Invigilation and marking of examination/assessment papers

d. Moderation of examination and assessment marks

e. Appeal handling

Prepare documents for EduTrust application.

· Preparation of instructional materials, test papers, scorecards, handout s and other material necessary for tutoring and evaluation of students

· Mark attendance of students and prepare weekly and monthly attendance reports of every student

· Observe the participation of students in individual and group activities

· Examine answer books, homework, assignments and performance of students in other activities

· They also perform other responsibilities like the following:

· Inform the students about classroom schedule, upcoming tests and assignments, assessment results, extracurricular activities or any other events in the premises

· Answer queries of the students related to any subject

· Report any inappropriate behavior of the student to the instructor

· Setup and operate audio-visual equipment such as a projector and assist the instructor in explaining the content of the audio-visual instructional material to students if needed

· Help the physically disabled students in moving from classroom to institute premises

· Feed lunch to the physically or mentally challenged children during lunch hours

· Participate in community service activities or any other activities aimed for the social betterment

· Resolve any conflicts between the students

· Develop strategic plans in consultation with relevant staff.

· Manage the School activities of all marketing, advertising, and promotion as and when required by the School.

· Monitor, review, and report marketing activities to the School Principal.

· Manages marketing budget decisions with the school Principal.

· Follow the school policy, procedure, and EduTrust requirements to promote good staff and student activities related to the school service projects.

· Prepare marketing reports as and when required by the School.

· Review and obtain approval from the School Principal for adverts, newsletters, and other marketing documentation.

· Attend educational functions, events, promotional meetings, and conferences if any.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

- Masters in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university.

- Proven experience in academic affairs or educational management preferred.

- At least 5 years in education / teaching experience
