Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce and other online sales channels.
Ensure and upload product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
Manage and maintain our online store platform, ensuring all product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
Create, manage and update store layout design (Including Banners and Carrousel) across all our e-commerce platforms
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software, and have good design level and ability.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to online shopping.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to maintain a positive brand image and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
No Experience required, training will be provided
Candidates with proven experience working in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role will be considered.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
Meticulous, organized and with a good eye for details;
Proficient in MS Excel;
Good spoken/written English;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
