Provide user support on desktops, printers and network and IT Security related issues.
Perform daily end of day processing and ensure backup of servers performed successfully.
Monitor and take necessary action on SIEM alerts from all servers and devices.
Monitor vulnerability reports and patch the servers, PCs and Security Devices as recommended by the ISO.
Maintain hardware & software inventory and manage maintenance support with vendors.
Actively prepare and participate in the annual DR exercise.
