The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Supervisor works closely with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.

This role reports to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nutritional advice to customers, sell products to achieve store sales target
• Perform sales and cashiering duties
• Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and coordinating replenishment efforts.
• Oversee receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise shipments.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, providing updates on sales targets, promotions, and operational changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" level
• Experience in retail industry and supervisory level
• Can work full time, 5 days in a week with a total of 44 hours
• English and Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage to liaise with counterparts
• Good customer service skills and pleasant personality
• Able to start work within short notice

You are responsible for overseeing the efficient and smooth operations of our warehouse. You play a crucial role in managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving activities and ensuring a safe and organised workspace for warehouse employees.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

· Maintain accurate inventory records

· Monitor and control inventory levels

· Conduct periodic stock audits to maintain optimal inventory levels

· Ensure all goods are in proper storage and handling

Order Fulfilment

· Coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

· Ensure on-time shipments and minimizing backorders

Shipping and Receiving

· Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, verify incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure proper handling and storage of goods

· Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of products before shipment

Process Improvement

· Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement efficient procedures to enhance warehouse productivity

· Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space and improve in workflow efficiency

Equipment Maintenance

· Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and vehicle, such as delivery vans, pallet jacks, and etc to ensure their proper functioning

· Provide advice to users on proper usage

Safety and Compliance

· Maintain cleanliness and organization to facilitate easy access to goods without safety hazard

· Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

· Report all incidents and emergency to management in a timely manner

· Perform risk assessment of work activities, take corrective and preventive actions accordingly

· Attend health and safety training programs

Documentation and Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities

· Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and share insights with management

· Ensure all documents are kept in confidentially and properly

Communication

· Facilitate effective communication between warehouse staff, management, and other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.

Team Leadership

· Manage and direct warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.

Budget Management

· Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective warehouse operations.

· Other duties as assigned by head of department.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse.
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.

Acting as our retail associate / executive, your main role is to promote our products to customers in our outlet. You'll make sure they have a good shopping experience and find what they need. You'll also assist with keeping the store clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers politely. Answer their questions and help them find products.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and give change to customers.
• Put products on the shelves neatly and make sure they are well-organized.
• Keep the store clean and tidy by sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.
• Learn about the products you sell so you can provide information to customers.
• Help with checking and restocking inventory.
• Assist customers with returns or exchanges following store policies.
• Keep an eye out for shoplifting and report any suspicious activity.
• Inform customers about special promotions, discounts or sales.
• Promote products and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Friendly and helpful attitude.

• Basic math skills for cashier duties.

• Can converse with Chinese customers.
• Wiling to rotate within outlets in the same region.
