The Facilities Management Executive plays an instrumental role in marketing, operations and maintenance of facilities under Church of Praise and her affiliates Ne-Xus Global Pte Ltd and Community Concern Services. This role provides critical support during rental of our facilities with a view to delivering a seamless end-to-end experience to our clients. As such, expertise in working audio-visual equipment is required. The successful candidate must be a pro-active problem-solver with a can-do attitude and who works well in a team. Having strong inter-personal skills for effective interaction with both potential clients and colleagues and the agility to react to issues that may arise during event rentals are important traits to have.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
• Publicising Nexus Global's rental facilities
• Answering clients' and potential clients' enquiries and attending to site visit requests
• Facilitate smooth running of rental events
• Ensure facilities and equipment are functioning well
• Liasing with building management and sourcing and supervision of contractors
AV OPERATIONS
• Regular inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of AV equipment
• End-user support and system monitoring during event rentals
• Sourcing for price-competitive equipment
• Maintaining comprehensive inventory listing
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
• Issuing and filing quotations and invoices to clients
• Renewal of licenses/equipment (eg., LEW, fire extinguishers, etc)
• Actively looks out for latest public health safety measures for events
BASIC IT SUPPORT
• For Ne-xus and its affiliated organisations - includes setting up of new laptops, troubleshooting communication/network issues, setting up email accounts, installing software, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
• Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Diploma in AudioVisual Technology or Media and Infocomm Technolgy or equivalent qualifications
• At least 1 year's experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure
• Possess IT skills and proficient in multi- media software
