Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and improve IT service management processes.
- Configure and customize various components of the ServiceNow platform including workflows, forms, and interfaces.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and features utilizing best practices.
- Write, test, and debug client scripts, business rules, and other custom scripts.
- Build and maintain custom data tables and integrations with external systems.
- Utilize Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor for automation and process management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new solutions and improvements.
- Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to support the IT Service Management environment.
Required Certifications:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including:
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- Catalog Client Scripts
- Business Rules
- Proficiency in Service Catalog development and customization.
- Strong experience with:
- Custom data tables creation and management
- Flow Designer for automation
- Workflow Editor for process configuration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs.
