Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding: Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, benefits, and expectations.
- Process employee separations, conduct exit interviews, and handle off-boarding procedures.
HR Operations: Providing a full spectrum of HR support such as onboarding, payroll, performance review, insurance, government claims, and claims, etc.
- Handle operational matters for onboarding and offboarding of new hires.
- Responsible for employment contract preparation, confirmation, and exit clearance.
- Manage employment pass applications, renewals, and cancelations.
- Process NS makeup pay and government-paid leave applications/claims.
- Coordinate local training programs and maintain training records.
Employee Engagement:
- Help organize engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and assist with compliance and reporting.
- Payroll Management:
- Manage the compensation and benefits, including ensuring monthly payroll & staff claims are processed accurately.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field such as psychology, business studies etc
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, you have worked in either a generalist or specialist role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite – will be an advantage
- Curious and takes the initiative to clarify and improve workflows
- You are a self-starter who can handle changing requirements and work under tight timelines
- Proficient understanding of the Employment Act.
- Proactive, meticulous, resourceful and able to work effectively, independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
