JOB DESCRIPTION
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to ensure that an office runs smoothly
- Solid knowledge in accountanting and book keeping skills
- Computer literacy and a working knowledge of accounting packages and other relevant applications, such as spreadsheets
- Solid understanding of financial systems and processes
- In charge of Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Issuing company invoice and statement of account
- Issue payment voucher
- Assist in purchasing office items
- Chasing payments from clients and vendors
- Strong analytical skills and good with numbers
- The ability to function well in a team, as they need to provide support as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting
Diploma in Accounting or similar
Good spoken and written English
Past experience in construction or marine industry
Good team player and teamwork
Pro-active and attentive with good attitude
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Multi tasking and able to work under pressure
