1. Coordinate and oversee work processes

2. Liaise with main-con, clients , sub-con and planners.

3. Assist the Project Manager and Site manager in overseeing day to day operation and Site safety.

4.Monitor work progress, identify and resolve ground issues when required.

5. Ensure availability of materials and equipment on site to meet operational needs.

6. Supervise and ensure that all works are done in accordance with the projects specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist Site Manager to supervise constructions work to ensure that quality works are produced & all operations are carried out safely.
• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of workers.
• Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.
• Ensure safety measures are met on site.
• Daily fetching of foreign workers to and fro dormitories and sites.
• Fetching of foreign workers for all sorts of essential errands.
• To maintain the vehicle in clean and road worthy condition.
• Willing to perform ad-hoc tasks assigned if required.

Requirements:

• Class 3 Driving licence.
• Must be physically fit and healthy.
• Familiar with Singapore route.
• Ability to work across a wide range of tasks, individually and in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work long hours and weekends, if required.

Driver Responsibilities:

- Transport Equipment to work sites

- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary

- Carry out vehicle maintenance checks

- Clearing Disposal from various site works

Driver Requirements:

- A valid driver's license

- At least 3 years of driving experience

- Extensive knowledge of the operating area

Job Descriptions:

• To supervise the workers in daily landscape maintenance in assigned portfolios
• To make sure the work schedule are completed within the time allocated without compromising the standards and quality of work required by the client
• Knowledge in the use of chemical and horticulture maintenance

• Able to work outdoor
• Min 3 years Supervisory Landscape Experience
• Possess good Team Leadership skill
• Willing to go for WSQ upgrading courses
• WSQ in Landscape Operation
• Driving license
