Job Description:The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the wooden container manufacturing facility. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Production Management:
   Plan, coordinate, and oversee the manufacturing process to ensure timely production and delivery of wooden containers.
   Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
2. Quality Control:
   Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
   Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout production.
3. Team Leadership:
   Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
   Foster a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
4. Inventory and Resource Management:
   Manage raw material inventory levels and optimize material usage.
   Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure a steady supply of necessary resources.
5. Operational Efficiency:
   Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-effective strategies.
   Monitor operational KPIs and ensure performance targets are met.
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
   Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
   Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
7. Stakeholder Communication:
   Act as a liaison between production teams, senior management, suppliers, and clients.
   Provide regular updates on production progress, challenges, and opportunities.
8. Budget Management:
   Assist in preparing and managing the operations budget.
   Monitor expenses and ensure cost controls are in place.
