• Diagnose, repair and maintain existing electrical equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain records of electrical repairs, maintenance logs and inspection reports.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store employees.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.
• Monitor, analyze and implement strategies for improvement.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and other key metrics.
• Ensure the store complies with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure store adherence.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and fraud.
• Train staff on loss prevention techniques and protocols.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
• Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve store goals.

A successful candidate needs strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They must be able to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.

A) Job Description

1) To liaise with client and Professional Engineer (PE) in solving technical and detailing

issues of scaffolding works based on the site requirements.

2) To interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies and to propose the alternative

design or work method for Scaffolding works.

3) Coordinate with site teams and PE to ensure timely submission and approval of design and COS for site installation to meet site progress schedule.

4) Liaising with the sales team & client for proposal of scaffolding design to prepare Bill of Quantity

(BQ) for Tender submission documents.

5) Scaffolding design and proposal drawing preparation using AutoCAD.

6) Control and prepare monthly reports on logistics and materials movement.

7) Application for work passes (SOC / SIC) for new and renewal.

8) Prepare workers PPE and documents for submission prior to project commencement.

9) Assist Project Manager and Project Team in project planning, coordination and overseeing of site works.

10) Visiting job sites to understand work requirements and progress.

11) Basic filing of documents and drawing.

12) Assist HR in workers welfare.

13) Any other task shall be assigned by The Management from time to time that is deemed necessary.
