Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from potential patients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Triage and prioritize leads, following structured protocols to maximize appointment bookings.
• Provide accurate information about our dental services, including dental implants, orthodontics, and general dentistry.
• Handle objections and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow up with leads using a 5-7 touchpoint strategy, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to patients.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot).
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets.

Requirements

• Experience:

1. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare support roles is preferred.
2. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is an advantage but not required (training provided).

• Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
3. Bilingual or multilingual (English + Mandarin/Tamil/Malay) is a plus.

• Personality:

1. Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about helping people.
2. Goal-oriented with a team player mindset.

1. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
