You will be supporting NHG Diagnostics mobile fleet team in handling registration and administration duty.
• Being part of the mobile fleet team that provides mammogram, x-ray, bone
mineral density, and ultrasound screening.
• Managing screening projects and is required to provide excellent frontline
patient/customer service on-site.
• Assist in the registration of patients and educate patients about the screening
and its prevention.
• Proper follow-up of administrative matters for each screening project which
includes report printing and preparation of billing documents.
• General office administrative duties including daily result letter printing and
ensuring that letters are mailed timely to the patients.
• Any other Adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O/N level or higher / Nitec qualification
• Experience in frontline/customer service
• Able to work on weekends when there is a project assigned.
