As Ninja Van diversifies our service offerings, 4PLs become a crucial client profile as they have access to global brands. Our 4PL partners have complex organization structures and require significant time and solutioning before presentation and quotation. The role involves a high level of responsibility for managing high-value contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, and overseeing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with 4PL partners. This includes handling day-to-day communications, ensuring SLA compliance, and acting as the escalation point for operational issues.
- Monitor the performance of 4PL providers, ensuring that ops meet contracted KPIs.
- Regularly report on service performance, costs, and areas of improvement to senior management.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and warehousing to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
- Act as the intermediary between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and drive efficiencies.
- Contribute to the strategic development of 4PL services, identifying new business opportunities, and suggesting operational improvements to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Support contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining or enhancing service quality.
Requirements
- 2 years working experience, strong in logistics solutioning, internal and external stakeholder management, strong in tenders, business proposals and tenders submissions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
