Job Description
- Work as an Associate lawyer on legal documentation, communicate with clients and others in relation to legal matters in Indonesia and other jurisdiction
- Legal advice clients who are interested in investment or doing business in Indonesia
- Prepare and draft legal documents including Restructuring/Insolvency, Labor dispute and other necessary documents in both Bahasa Indonesia and in English
- Perform legal research on Indonesian law and other related laws
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Job Requirements
- Qualfication as an Indonesian lawyer is required as the position needs to mainly handle legal matters in Indonesian jurisdiction
- 3-5 years of working experience in a top tier Indonesian firm or equivalent
- Experience in M&A and Investment Projects, Restructuring, Real Estate and Health and Pharma Law
- Fluent in both Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English language
