· Implement plant continuous improvement projects and cost saving efforts.
· Lead and implement projects streaming workflow and processes within the company.
· Manages Capital and Expense Cashflow accuracy for site projects.
· Manage various improvement programs and workstreams in the plant, track and report benefits of projects.
· Lead cross function team through the entire project lift cycle inclusive of preparing the business case of project, sourcing for vendors for quotation, change control, site execution and qualification activities to meet performance KPI deliverables.
· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
