MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep track of accounts, encompassing but not restricted to:
Tracking spending and paying bills to vendors
Ensuring ageing in AP/AR health
Completing journal entries.
Creating schedules and reconciliations for month-end
Ensuring that month-end closing is carried out according to scheduled times
Analyse monthly variances to find trends, abnormalities, and areas that could use improvement.
When it comes to accounting matters, interact and communicate with pertinent parties to guarantee timely and accurate work.
Take part in departmental and corporate activities aimed at improving internal controls, streamlining procedures, and boosting productivity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Accounts Executive
- ACCA/Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
