Key Responsibilities

• Adopt a customer-first mindset, chart out the different areas of the customer journey, and develop campaign flows to nudge users from one touchpoint to the next

Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for backend information systems related projects, and he/ she is expected to be a part of a dynamic team responsible for the migration and upgrading of our backend information system. Other key areas of work include but is not limited to refining of existing processesas well as the development and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit. Candidate may also be required to travel between outlets for deployment of the various projects when necessary and interact with people from all levels.

• Work with various stakeholders on system cutover, setup and configuration
• Coordinate with stores and ITD to ensure project is delivered according to implementation timelines
• Participate in review existing business processes and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and execute test plan
• Develop and execute test plan for migration testing
• Participate in end-to-end UAT with proper documentation being maintained, and assist teammates in ad-hoc UAT work or project rollout

Job Description

You'll work closely with teammates to deliver cool high scale product features. The incumbent is responsible for driving backend information system related projects, and he/ she is expected to be leading a small, dynamic team of both Team Leaders and Executives responsible for the migration and upgrading of our backend information systems. Other key areas of work include but is not limited to refining of existing processes as well as the development and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit. Candidate may also be required to travel between outlets for deployment of the various projects when necessary and interact with people from all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the smooth transition and upgrade of legacy systems and applications
• Liaise with IT Project Managers to ensure all deliverables are on schedule and escalate critical failure points to management
