As Architectural Drafter, your responsibilities are as below:

Responsible for preparation of construction drawings, using Revit (BIM) and CAD software
Monitoring of local authorities' submission, update the status of submission and approval status Checking of drawings for compliance with planning and building regulations Keeping records and organizing the filing and retrieval of submission drawings & authorities’ information Co-ordinating the preparation & submission of forms, drawings, and information required by authorities for approval and TOP/CSC, including performing floor area calculations and coloring of submission of drawings

Skills & Capabilities

Good understanding & application of building codes and regulations Ability to work with architectural software

Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of the BIM & CAD application
Creating architectural documentation for Tender & Construction package

Motivated and able to work independently
Ability to multi-task
Strong sense of responsibility
