Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Proper record keeping and filing of documents
- Application, renewal, cancellation of work permit/employment pass via MOM website, security bond for foreign workers
- Proper record of attendance, medical leave, home leave for foreign workers
- Preparation of documents for renewal of certificates, permits
- Proper documentation of dormitory records
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Performing other duties requested by supervisors
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
