As an Engineer at O2genes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, installation, and maintenance of our advanced oxygen therapy solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Installation & Setup: Overseeing the installation and calibration of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers, Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) systems, and oxygen bar equipment at client locations, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Service & Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to guarantee equipment reliability and performance, minimizing downtime for clients.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Addressing technical issues promptly, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Product Development: Design, innovate, and optimize advanced oxygen therapy solutions, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers, EWOT systems, and oxygen bars
• Quality Assurance: Collaborating with the R&D team to identify improvements and ensure all systems meet regulatory standards and company guidelines.
• And other ad-hoc tasks as required

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join O2genes, a premium wellness solutions provider specializing in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT), and oxygen bars. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our state-of-the-art wellness solutions to luxury hotels, wellness centers, clinics, and clubs.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the wellness, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate O2genes' solutions to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to provide valuable insights for business growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or luxury industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with high-profile clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with wellness solutions, HBOT, or related fields is a plus.
