(A) Essential Job Functions:
The Project C&S Coordinator is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
- Design, coordinate, plan and manage the civil and structural projects assigned.
- Liaise with architects, clients, consultants and other parties involved for the design of Structural and civil engineering works.
- Conduct structure analysis.
- Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications.
- Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities.
- Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.
- Prepare technical submissions for approval.
- Coordinating with all trade team for Structural Work in both design and construction stage.
- To ensure proper handover of project to client.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
(B) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:
- Minimum Diploma holder. Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of working experience in relevant fields in the construction supervision of civil and structural works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
- Experience in MRT/LTA projects is a definite advantage.
- Prior experience in working in construction site preferred, especially in Civil Projects.
