RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Stewarding Manager in ensuring smooth stewarding operations
• Maintain and update roster and schedule of stewards across all operations
• Supervise and guide members of the stewarding team
• Control quality of washing equipment and cleaning process
• Ensure cleanliness and order of stewarding store
• Maintain and implement hygiene standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably has experience working in a similar capacity
• Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
• Committed to maintaining quality standards

RESONSIBILITIES

• To sweep and wash, including but not limited to, kitchen floor, inclusive of the dishwashing area, and clear all debris from beneath all counters on a daily basis.
• To thoroughly scrub, including but not limited to, the kitchen floor and other surfaces.
• To clean daily, including but not limited to, all stainless steel equipment i.e. tables, sinks, exterior of fridges, walk-in chiller & freezer (exterior), ice machine & etc.
• To clear, including but not limited to, all rubbish bins in the kitchen and ensure the interior of all bins are dry and free of garbage residue before placing new plastic garbage bags into the sanitized bins.
• To clean, including but not limited to, the exterior of the exhaust hood on daily basis.
• To degrease and wash, including but not limited to, all main cooking ranges equipment daily.
• To disinfect all work surfaces after cleaning daily.
• To clean safety floor matting daily.

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work on weekdays
• Familiarity with Dishwashing machines and chemicals is preferred, but not necessary
