Property Outreach Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage homeowners directly in their neighborhoods, introduce Ohmyhome’s home valuation services, and secure listings for our sales team. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals passionate about real estate and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce homeowners to Ohmyhome’s home valuation services.
* Educate homeowners about the benefits of listing their property with Ohmyhome.
* Address questions or concerns and provide an overview of our trusted solutions.
* Collect homeowner information (with consent) for follow-up by the sales team.
* Achieve monthly targets for property listing acquisitions.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for lead generation.
Requirements:
* Diploma or equivalent (a diploma in business or real estate is a plus).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Knowledge of the real estate market is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
