Product
- Plan, develop and implement of product portfolio strategies with SMART goals
- Responsible for the product performance by revenue, GP%
- Manage the entire Product Lifecycle management of the products
- Collaborate with respective business unit and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs/values are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches as Voice of Customers (VOC).
- Schedule and facilitate new and existing product training sessions.
- Analyse and report the product malfunctions as feedback on quality improvement

Price
- Manage the product pricing thru market competition review and positioning thru analysis of pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products of the business.

Promotion
- Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market
- Develop marketing strategies to grow quality inspection applications in Automotive, F&C, Semicon, Electronics and Medical industries and increase sensor products market share with channel partners.
- Develop tools and marketing collaterals with Marcom team to support sales activities
- Support Solution Marketing activities with Application Marketing members to develop sales tools incorporating Vision and Sensor products. 

Place
- Plan go-to-market strategies in alignment with Country Sales (in APAC region) demand.
- Manage for product availability based on the customer's demand and our company’s needs

Competitor
- Monitor and update competitor activities to Global Product BU and Sales
- Develop strategies and plans or tools to convert competitor market share.

Sales Goal
- Responsible for regional sales budget of vision and sensor products and supporting total regional sales budget

- Academic Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Working experience: At least 7 years of experience in Product Marketing Management in a regional role (Asia Pacific)
- Product experience: Comprehensive understanding of Product (Sensor, Vision) & Market Trends
- Industry experience: Prior experience in Industrial Automation industry is a bonus.

The Senior Associate - Supply Chain supports sales team in the daily operations of logistics function specifically in the area of PO acceptance and on time sales recognition. This will includes supporting on inventory management activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with 3PL on all logistic arrangement/ issue for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery. Issue sales orders and billings for Singapore consignment businesses
• Perform monthly stock balance reconciliation for consignment stock to Singapore distributor/ Ecommerce enabler. To monitor, coordinate and perform inventory-related transactions in ERP system.
• Process and follow up customer PO in APAC regions, including billing invoice, credit note and verify customer PO pricing, and highlight any discrepancy to sales. Follow up with finance of payment completion. 
• Maintain shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customer on request.
• Ensure all shipping documentation and authorities approvals are in order prior the shipment of products.
• Generate reports for internal management team and external customers, ie: inventory reports, accurate weekly sales reports, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements

• This is a 2 years contract position.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management
• Experience in supply chain, inventory planning, distribution & operation management 
• Understand and familiar with export documentation and letter of credit payment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, Pivot table and Power Point). 
• Have knowledge of ERP system
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team player
