Job Responsibilities:
• Develop work plans and schedules for steel structure erection.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Oversee the assembly and installation of steel structures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with design drawings and codes.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and hazards.
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of steel materials.
• Ensure proper handling and use of materials to minimize waste and damage.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards during construction.
• Address and resolve any quality issues or non-conformities promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, inspections, and progress reports.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to project management.
