We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for our client, a leading player in the food packaging industry. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities with great regional exposure. He/She is expected to have a proven track record of establishing sales plans and strategies in the F&B Packaging/Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets to grow Company’s export business
• Development and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in business or related field
• With minimum 5 years of successful F&B packaging/manufacturing sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Proven track record in closing sales, delivering independent financial, competitive and business analyses; excellent contract negotiation skills
