• Prepare daily WIP reports.
• Assist in the analysis of work order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
• Identify material shortages and expiry to avoid excessive volume and accumulation at plant.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to control the inventory movement and ensure no stock keep in warehouse more than 3weeks without consumption.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirement:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Have administrative or planning experience in production department preferred
• Good with Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Recording financial transactions into accounting software (MYOB).
• Perform data entry work.
• Matching the transactions recorded in the accounting system to the bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Posting journal entries into accounting system.
