Job Description
- Provide technical support in managing and handling the segregation, classification, and disposal of various waste materials.
- Provide expert advice on the proper segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste based on chemical properties, safety considerations, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing workflows and procedures, providing recommendations for improvements and implementing the necessary action plans.
- Provide guidance on legal requirements for the safe handling and disposal of chemical waste.
- Educate department staff on best practices for waste segregation, chemical safety, and compliance with environmental standards.
- Conduct analysis of chemical waste materials to determine their composition and ensure they are being appropriately segregated and treated.
Job Requirement
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With knowledge of waste segregation practices and hazardous materials handling preferred
- Good problem-solving skill
- Experience with chemical analysis
