DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Lead Designer to Develop landscape designs to fulfil the design brief and objectives
- Prepare and package drawings for various stages of project from concept to implementation, in particular tender packages
- Attend to project / technical / consultant meetings.
- Project Coordination & Implementation
- Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works.
- Assist to Monitor & manage project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule.
- Attend project / technical / consultant meetings/tender interviews where required.
- Any other duties as and when assigned, e.g. Design competitions
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture
- At least 3 - 4 years working experience within Landscape Architecture and / or architectural practice
- Skills required are: Microsoft Skills, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and relevant graphics software
- Possess good knowledge of both hardscape and softscape and able to prepare Bill of Quantities for softscape
- Good written and communication skills.
- Familiar with relevant local authorities’ requirements / compliances .
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team.
- Strong passion and motivation to provide excellent design and quality professional service with strong attention to detail.
