Job Summary
The Assistant HR Manager is responsible for managing the company's all HR functions, while also ensuring compliance with labor laws. Furthermore, the Assistant HR Manager works closely with the management team in Singapore and overseas(China, Australia, etc) to develop and implement strategies that improve employee performance and provide guidance and address employee inquiries on HR matters.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager with a strong focus on Recruitment, Policy Development and Planning to help support and grow our talented workforce.
1.Support the management in overseeing the HR team and managing all HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Budgets, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Transfer, Policy Development and Planning, etc.)
2.Assist to develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policies aligned with the overall business strategy.
3.Reviews and updates the job requirements and job descriptions for the key positions within the company organization chart.
4.Coordinate with all departments regarding hiring plans, drives and manages the recruitment, selection and onboarding process.
5.Plans and implements effective compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate and retain talent.
6.Manage payroll processing and other payroll-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
7.Ensure timely and accurate submissions for all government and related claims and HR reports required by HQ.
Job Requirements:
1.A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study is required.
2.Candidates must possess at least 6 years of relevant work experience, In-depth knowledge of Singapore contract law and employment regulations.
3.Excellent interpersonal communication skills and meticulous personality, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
4.Highly adaptable in fast-paced working environment.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
