Job description:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the gelato & waffles section
• Assist chef in everyday operations
• Participation in creating new gelato, cakes and pastries
• Preparation of ingredients and managing inventory levels
• Conforming to the company’s hygiene standard
Basic Requirements
• Willingness to learn and motivated to work
• Focus on quality and consistency
• Creative-minded and willing to explore new ways of creation
• Able to work weekends & public holidays
• Holds a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate.
Skills & Abilities
• Proactive, motivated and reliable, with a keen attention to detail
• Punctual, good working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Good time management and discipline to ensure optimal work performance
