a) Ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Handle on administrative and sometimes medical duties, to include managing clinic staff and overseeing day-to-day management operations. This includes scheduling appointments, directing phone calls, filing documents, registration in clinic system.
b) Manages and supports the existing staff at a clinic.
c) Ensuring the smooth running of the front desk or reception of the Specialist Clinic
d) Obtain insurance approval as appropriate and update patient record if need to.
e) Obtain and verifies patient billing information.
f) Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic, facilities and equipments. Inform Group Manager if arrangement of maintenance and repair is needed.
g) Conduct stock take and monitor expiration dates of medications and consumables.
h) Oversee surgical bookings including arrangement of OT slot, booking of anaesthetist, surgical implants/ consumables, insurance coverage
i) To perform Ad Hoc duties as assign by Group Manager
