Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Osteopathic Practitioner to take over an established and successful Osteopathic Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of clinical experience, combined with strong entrepreneurial, administrative, marketing, and managerial skills. This role involves both practicing osteopathy and overseeing the clinic’s business operations with a focus on further growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Osteopathic Practice:
- Provide high-quality osteopathic treatments, including:Osteopathic Manipulation
Cranial Osteopathy
Dry Needling/Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) techniques
Treatment of babies and children
Biodynamics Cranial Osteopathy
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction with treatment outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of osteopathic methods and best practices.
Entrepreneurial and Business Development:
- Lead efforts to expand and grow the clinic’s business.
- Utilize financial expertise in budgeting, planning, and managing the clinic’s finances.
- Oversee the clinic's financial operations, including profit & loss (P&L) management, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
- Make strategic decisions to ensure long-term profitability and sustainability of the clinic.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle business planning, financial forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee human resources, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and maintain administrative records.
Marketing and Business Promotion:
- Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies, including social media and website management.
- Increase the clinic’s visibility and attract new patients through targeted marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to drive continuous improvement.
Managerial and Operational Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling of staff and patient appointments.
- Supervise and motivate clinic staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Oversee inventory and supply management, including ordering of supplies and general clinic maintenance.
- Ensure the clinic meets health and safety standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience as an Osteopathic Practitioner.
- Strong expertise in osteopathic manipulation, cranial osteopathy, dry needling, and pediatric care.
- Proven entrepreneurial skills, having started and successfully managed a commercial or retail business.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
- Administrative experience in business planning, HR, and operational management.
- Marketing experience with social media and website management, particularly for healthcare practices.
- Managerial experience with a proven ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and oversee clinic operations.
