JOB DESCRIPTION (ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Monitor the global hotline and provides the initial response to the requests or escalations.
Create the ticket for every OPS activities and assign it to respective OPS Team members.
Monitor all the OPS tickets and ensure timely completion of each activities.
Review all the documentation prepared by OPS Team to clear for submission.
Monitor all the assets of OPS Team (Equipment, Tools and Spare Parts).
Escalate higher level issue whenever necessary.
Prepare and submit relevant Operations documents as needed.
Execute ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields is preferred.
Basic background in engineering or technology industry.
Proficiency in using computers and basic applications such as MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Meticulous, organized with good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure.
Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and end users.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
Comfortable to work in a shifting schedule.
Comfortable to work overtime as needed.
