Our company is located at the heart of Bugis, at Bussorah Street. We specialise in Turkish desserts and delights such as Kunefe and Baklava. We are looking for a Store Manager to manage the daily operations.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Supervising and training new staffs.
- Implement and manage in-store service standards and customer service.
- Process and prepare customer delivery orders and ensure that all items are ready before collection.
- Handling of cash as well as the POS system.
- Responsible for recording daily sales report.
Candidates with managerial experience in F&B cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity would be advantageous.
