Project Administrator

Responsibilities: ·

Provide administrative support to the Project Team, including the Project Manager, Site Manager, and other team members.

· Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the team, including the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other project-related materials.

· Upkeep and maintain all existing project schedules. · Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, specifications, and reports.

· Maintain communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Manage project-related email correspondence and phone calls.

· Assist in the preparation and submission of project-related reports and invoices.

Requirement:

Job Scope:

Arrangement for Works to be carried out within the flats, dealing with requests and resolving feedback by manning the Hotline and/or the video conferencing platform.

The CRE shall manage and update information such as survey, repair, painting appointment etc., as well as providing quotation on private items etc.

The CRE shall have effective communication skills, telecommunication skills, good interpersonal skills and a passion for service delivery.

They shall also be meticulous and independent, numerate and proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. as well as video conferencing.

The CRE shall have a minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ level Certificate or equivalent. Otherwise, the CRE should have at least one (1) year of customer relations work experience.

Job Description:

· Create initial layouts for the solar projects

· Interpret civil and structural documents to assist in the design process

· Design major and minor modifications to electrical systems

· Design of grid tie solar PV systems, including selection and sizing of equipment, Solar module, inverter, cable, and cable trunking etc., technical analysis, performance, and glare simulations

· Prepare Pvsyst simulation report

· Complete electrical design including single line drawings for solar projects

· Finalize the electrical system design and prepare construction documents

· Check existing drawings and survey existing site conditions to determine the best possible locations for the solar project

· Familiar with PV simulation software such as PVsyst and Helioscope

· Identify problem areas that will affect design of new systems

· Preparation of shop drawings

· Update construction documents and develop final as-builts

Requirement:

· Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Electrical Engineering. Clean Energy Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience

· Has knowledge in electrical design concepts

· Candidate with experience in solar projects will be an advantage

· Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), AUTOCAD and construction modelling software

Geotechnical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all geotechnical, C&S and engineering issues pertaining to not only design but also site matters
• Work closely with the Consultants on including scope of services, design concepts and project deliverables
• Handle clients’ clarification regarding design and engineering issues.
• Conduct regular design and technical meetings to ensure best value engineering practices
• Prepare and present design progress status and slides to project team and clients
• Manage design approval process with subcontractors, consultants and clients in a timely manner
• Ensure strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual and technical requirements
• Identify and highlight to management and project team of any potentials risks or issues that will impact project performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, recongised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer
• Minimum 5 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience
• Proficient in design software: Plaxis, Slope W, SAP200 etc.
• Experience in temporary retaining wall, strut and waler member design is greatly desired
• Experienced in Eurocode/BS or other codes Excellent understanding in Value Engineering principles
• Good written and interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate with experience working on LTA projects before shall have advantage.
