Responsibilities:
1:Find enterprises or universities;
2:Develop enterprise needs and sign contracts.Provide a talent pool after developing needs, and sign a headhunting agreement;
3:Analyze customer needs and implement effective actions;
4:Use effective tools to conduct planned visits and screen target customers;
5:Collect,summarize and follow up on customer needs;
6：Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1:Language:English and Mandarin (due to the needs to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
2:Good communication and expression skills, strong learning ability and resilient;
3:Good professional ethics,keen insight and judgement on people ,meticulous on work, posses spirit of unity and cooperation;
4:Able to work under pressure.

工作职责：
1：寻找企业或者高校；
2：开发企业需求并与企业签约，开发需求后提供人才库，签订猎头协议；
3：分析客户需求并实施有效行动，寻访候选人；
4：利用有效工具有计划地进行寻访，筛选目标客户；
5：进行客户需求收集汇总及跟进；
6：上级交待的其他工作。
