P-Serv is seeking talented candidates, Customer Service Lead to manage internal projects. The CS Lead will manage daily operation, backfill management, rostering, client management, P/L management.
Account Executive Primary Task:
- Oversee and be responsible for project management
- Manage ad-hoc staff under each account – handle each accounts’ deployment, timesheet, and annual leave planning (including weekends)
- Roster planning (including weekends)
- Submission of monthly reports
- Facilitate collaboration within their pool of staff
- Cover the receptionist or other roles within receptionist outsourcing unit when pool of staff is down
Receptionist Primary Task:
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and cleanliness of the reception desk, visitor holding area, and meeting rooms, ensuring they remain organized and presentable at all times
- Answer incoming calls and internal department queries within three rings, routing them in accordance with client policies
- Manage visitor check-ins and check-outs, updating hosts in line with client procedures
- Guide clients and guests to their designated meeting rooms and provide refreshments, such as coffee and tea, as needed
- Coordinate and oversee meeting room bookings in accordance with client guidelines
- Changing visitor access passes as necessary
- Handle the daily processing of incoming and outgoing couriers, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate recipients according to standard procedures
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the clients
Facilities Management:
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of office areas
- Ensure that office equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, shredders, lighting) and bistro machines are functioning properly in accordance with client policies
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and well-maintained, replacing items such as whiteboard markers and dusters if they are not in good working condition
- Assist in the purchase of office supplies, including stationery and pantry items, following the company procedures and under supervision
- Liaise with building management and vendors on office facilities-related issues
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the clients
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Customer Service
- At least 1-2 years of experience in managing project, team management.
- Comfortable to act as standby for the team and work extra mile for project.
