Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Corporate and employee insurance management
- Procurement and up-keeping of office stationery and supplies
- Coordinating with couriers, sorting/distributing incoming email, letters, faxes and forms in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly payroll

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Working hours: Monday - Friday 1.00pm to 10.00pm
Saturday: Morning / Afternoon 1/2 day
