Job Description:

We are seeking an Aftersales Executive/Sales Support to manage our aftersales operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and issuance of quotations for spare parts within 48 hours.
· Process customer orders within 48 hours.
· Acknowledge purchase orders from customers.
· Update customers on delivery schedules and any delays.
· Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists for local/direct deliveries.
· Coordinate delivery instructions with Germany HQ
· Print Delivery Orders for warehouse for local deliveries.
· Address any order discrepancies with HQ upon customer request.
· Send delivery notices to customers upon order completion.
· Request shipping documents and/or Air Waybills (AWB) from HQ.
· Compile billing documents for the Finance Department.
General and administrative:
· Manage and respond to emails from our general inbox
· Request additional information from email senders
· Regularly learn and update with new & existing product knowledge and application
· Direct emails to the appropriate parties as needed
Requirements:
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficiency with cloud invoicing systems
· Experience in aftersales or sales support is a plus
