Job Description
- Design, conceptualize and space planning.
- Provide professional advice to prospective clients on design concept, material selection and renovation solutions.
- Prepare layout plans, 3D perspective drawings, colour rendering, shop drawings with section details and specifications.
- Assists in preparing sales quotation, project management and documentations.
- Liaise with clients/ designers/ suppliers/ sub-contractors etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Have passion and creative in interior design with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess at least Diploma or related tertiary qualification in interior design.
- Knowledge in DraftSight/ Sketchup/ AutoCAD/ 3D Max/ Photoshop.
- Proactive, resourceful, good communication & presentation skills.
- Strong coordination, excellent organization and follow-through skills.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
- Singaporean/ PR only.
